PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position changing means, and to integrate a function by rotating a swash plate around the axis so as to change the timing relationship of displacement of pistons to an intake port and an exhaust port.;SOLUTION: Plural pistons 46 are put in the relationship of measuring the timing to an intake port 30 and an exhaust port 32 when rotating a cylinder barrel 38, and are arranged so as to be displaced in the axial direction in respective axial directional piston bores 44. The respective pistons 46 are opposed to a port plate 26, and have a flat surface 50 in an end part, and include a pivotally movably installed shoe 48. A piston unit 10 includes a swash plate 52 having a flat surface 54, the pistons 46 and a structure for maintaining the flat surface 54 so as to slidingly engage with the flat surface 50 of the pistons 46 when rotating the cylinder barrel 38.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
