METHOD FOR PREPARING FLUCTUATION OF PATTERN DESIGN BY USING MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a design having a pattern design by using the fluctuation of the pattern design by using a mathematical model, and to prepare the rule of fluctuation such as the color of the pattern design appearing in the design, the arrangement position of the pattern, and various dimensions for deciding a structure constituting the pattern. ;SOLUTION: A mathematical model for preparing fluctuation is prepared by two-dimensionally combing dynamical system indicating one-dimensional forced oscillation with dissipation. This device is provided with a parameter setting part 1 for setting a parameter for deciding the content of the model and the initial value and condition of calculation, fluctuation data preparing part 2 for operating calculation according to the parameter, pattern data preparing part 3 for preparing pattern data according to this result, and image outputting part 4 for outputting the pattern data as an image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
