PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor construction excellent in performance of intercepting massive pulse sound. ;SOLUTION: A floor construction is composed of a steel made floor panel frame 1, a substructure body 2 and a plurality of liquid sealed vibration proof rubber means 3 which is arranged between the floor panel frame 1 and the substructure body 2 and elastically supports the floor panel frame 1. A top opened liquid chamber 24 charged with liquid 25 in its interior is provided on the liquid sealed vibration proof rubber means 3. Partition plates 8, 9 provided with an orifice are arranged on the top of the liquid chamber 24 so as to cover the top. A diaphragm 7 for closing the top of the liquid chamber 24 in a watertight manner is arranged on both partition plates 8, 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
