PURPOSE: To simply install an object without a form installing metallic material, and prevent the occurrence of a change in lateral pressure when concrete is placed. ;CONSTITUTION: Pipes 15 are arranged in the vertical direction on a form body 11 to cover a clearance between a beam 2 and a beam 2 adjacent to each other, and through bolts are inserted into these pipes 15. These bolts are strutted between a reaction receiving metallic material 17 arranged around a column head part 1a and an upper precast concrete floorboard 3, and are made to resist to lateral pressure when concrete is placed.
