PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulled-type membrane spring clutch easy to manufacture with a simple structure without requiring a relatively excessive space. ;SOLUTION: The outside diameter of a membrane spring 7 is supported on a plate spring 10, and the plate spring 10 has a large load pressure. The resulting load pressure acts on an automatic friction compensating mechanism 9 for wear, thereby the membrane spring 7 retains its position relative to a clutch housing 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
