HIGH EFFICIENCY MODULE TYPE OLF HEAT EXCHANGER WITH HEAT TRASNFER PROMOTION EFFECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency plate fin heat exchanger in which heat transfer promotion effect is improved with a new design of a fin. SOLUTION: A socket 14 is adapted such that an open flow passage header coupling socket internal insertion link 17 and a closed flow passage header coupling socket internal interaction disk 18 are alternately inserted into a heat exchanger to alter a flow passage. The socket is used to couple fluid supply headers 13 having different lengths in response to their capacities such that a variable length type fluid supply coupling pipe and a fluid supply coupling pipe are located at both ends. Further, an inclined louver fin (OLF) 12 is adhered, in which fin there is formed at an upper portion a strip cut to have a collision angle , and is processed, inclined by a cut angle at both ends. Further, there are provided a flat pipe 11 where both processed ends are inserted and assembled into each side surface hole of the header and a fluid supply flat pipe 11 wherein it is inserted into each side surface hole formed in one side surface of the header of the fluid supply coupling pipe and the fluid supply coupling pipe laminated on the upper and lower coupling pipes are interrupted at the ends of the headers using an end cap.
