PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment inspection operation time due to the use of a fork-lift carry-in/out facility, reduce the height of a reactor storage container, and reduce the volume of the reactor storage container by installing a trunnion in a valve being arranged around the reactor storage container. SOLUTION: A trunnion 2 is installed at the center of a main steam escape safety valve 1 or near the center of gravity, an automatic traveling type main steam escape safety carry-in/out facility 8 is used, and a recessed part for receiving the trunnion 2 and a tool for fixing a main steam escape safety valve carry- in/out facility are installed at a fork part 10 of the automatic traveling type main steam escape safety valve carry-in/out facility 8. Equipment inspection operation time can be reduced, the height of the reactor storage container and a reactor building can be reduced, and the volume of the reactor storage container and the reactor building can be reduced, thus easily carrying in or out a valve while facing sideways.
