PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a program taking over the correction part of the program. ;SOLUTION: An automatic program generation part 13 automatically generates the program based on design information. A correction part take-over part 18 retrieves an added part from a new program 17 automatically generated based on latest design information in the case that a code is added by the change of the design information and retrieves an erased part from a corrected program 15 for which correction is added to the automatically generated program 14 of a previous time in the case that the code is erased by the change of the design information.
