PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply move a foot rest under a seat neat from in front of the seat during the unuse period. ;SOLUTION: A horizontal rod 4 is erected between right and left support legs 2 and a support frame 7 of a seat A is mounted on the horizontal rod 4. In a lobby chair 1 thus arranged, a guide groove 19 turnable longitudinally is provided inside the support frame 7. An engaging shaft 21 protruding at a rear end part of a foot rest 24 with the lower end thereof contacting a floor surface is slid ably engaged with the guide groove 19. This enables moving of the foot rest 24 between the housing position as lower space of the seat A and the using position in front of the seat A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
