PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove phosphorus in a waste soln. containing salts in high concn. like a waste photographic treatment soln. ;SOLUTION: A magnesium salt is added to an industrial waste soln. containing inorg. salts other than phosphate in high concn. to form a phosphorus- containing insoluble salt to remove the same.
