PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a natural environment by providing a strength to a porous concrete board by an appropriate means for protecting a steep slope face, by providing a structure for holding stability against the slope, and providing a protection block having its surface planted.;SOLUTION: Vertical concrete ribs 2 having appropriate thickness, height, and length same as the vertical sides of the porous concrete boards 1 are integrally formed at prescribed intervals on the rear face side of a polygonal porous concrete board 1 of an appropriate thickness, lateral concrete ribs 3 crossing with the vertical concrete ribs 2 along the bottom side of the rear side of the porous concrete board 1 are integrally formed with the porous concrete board 1 and the vertical concrete ribs 2, and a plurality of grooved bars 4 having an appropriate width and the depth are provided on the front side of the porous concrete board 1 into a laterally parallel linear state or corrugated state. The cross section of the grooved bars 4 is trapezoidal whose front side is larger than the bottom side, and the trapezoidal grooved wall face in the bottom side of the porous concrete board 1 of the grooved bar 4 is formed at 90° or more to the surface of the porous concrete board 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
