NON-RECOGNITION COMMUNICATION METHOD AND MOBILE RADIO EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH NON-RECOGNITION COMMUNICATION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data communication as intended by a user without an error and to eliminate the errors by setting so as not to connect a protocol turned to the error to an opposite party and stopping a finding operation in advance when a non- recognition communication request is present when infrared ray communication performs the finding operation. SOLUTION: A transmitter 11 is provided with a request part 16 for requesting non-recognition data communication and infrared ray communication equipment 13 is composed of a transmission/reception part 17 for transmitting and receiving infrared ray signals and a control part 18 for controlling the transmission/reception of the infrared ray signals. Then, from the standby state of the infrared ray communication, when the non-recognition communication is requested from a user, setting is performed so as not to be found from the opposite party. In this case, during the finding operation of the opposite party of the infrared ray communication, after setting to stop finding, non-recognition data communication is performed to an IrDA(Infrared Data Association) module. Thus, connection with the opposite party which is the condition of becoming a communication error is prevented and smooth non-recognition communication is performed.
