SOLUTION: A transmitter 11 is provided with a request part 16 for requesting non-recognition data communication and infrared ray communication equipment 13 is composed of a transmission/reception part 17 for transmitting and receiving infrared ray signals and a control part 18 for controlling the transmission/reception of the infrared ray signals. Then, from the standby state of the infrared ray communication, when the non-recognition communication is requested from a user, setting is performed so as not to be found from the opposite party. In this case, during the finding operation of the opposite party of the infrared ray communication, after setting to stop finding, non-recognition data communication is performed to an IrDA(Infrared Data Association) module.
