PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cooling device of a turning barrel type game machine at a low cost without increasing a heat generation source and the number of components. SOLUTION: For this game machine, the plural kinds of patterns 7 are arrayed in a prescribed number on an outer peripheral surface and plural turning barrels 6 in a flat cylindrical shape for being rotated by a driving means 18 and successively and repeatedly displaying the patterns 7 on a display window are arranged side by side. In this case, a plural number of plates 22 radially extended from a rotary shaft rotated by the driving means 18 for integrally supporting the turning barrel 6 form a blade shape so as to form the flow of air in the shaft direction.
