PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain technique for creating a customized audio output in accordance with the degree of auditory disablement of a listener through a digital telephone by adjusting an input signal in accordance with a user parameter which is set by means of a user and creating an output signal based on the input signal in the digital telephone.;SOLUTION: At first, the user sets the user parameter in order to express the auditory spectrum of the user. The digital telephone receives the input signal in the case of receiving a call. The digital telephone adjusts the input signal in accordance with the user parameter and creates the output signal based on the adjusted input signal. In a cellular phone 100, for example, the output of a demodulator 110 is supplied to a digital signal processor(DSP) 115 as a digital signal and another processing is executed in accordance with the user parameter in DSP 115, which is supplied from a user parameter control circuit 120.
