PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-site underground percolation treatment method for living waste water which is capable of executing a stable treatment in spite of the occurrence of an abrupt load fluctuation in raw waste water, hardly gives rise to clogging and allows the collection of treated water. SOLUTION: The raw waste water added with the biological symbiosis bacteria is evenly sprayed from between the middle stage layers of a reactor vessel 1 which is constituted by alternately laminating porous granular layers 6 and wood grain layers 7 in plural stages, disposing a cover soil layer 3 added with the biological symbiosis bacteria thereon and disposing a compost layer 4 added with the biological symbiosis bacteria on the lowermost layer. While the aerobic state is maintained by the air blasted from air introducing pipes 10 disposed between the middle stage layers in the vessel and between the middle stage layers and the lower stage layers during the percolating and descending in the vessel, mainly the BOD pollution components of the raw waste water are subjected to an activated sludge treatment and the treated water is percolated under the ground. Part thereof is collected by a sampling means and is subjected to a water quality analysis. The amount of the biological symbiosis bacteria to be added and the blasting rate of the air are adjusted according to the water quality data.
