PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a whole damper more compact, effectively use a space around the damper and reduce the costs in the production. ;SOLUTION: An energy absorbing body 4, having a cross section shaped into 'I' with a line crossing the middle part thereof, is arranged between a pair of blade main members 3, 3 with H cross section, a flange-shaped middle attaching plate 33 is fixed to a web 32 of other brace main member 3, and the portion between the middle attaching plate 33 of the other brace main member 3 and the middle flange portion 42 of damper main body and the portion between the flanges 31, 31 of the other brace main member 3 and the outer flange portions 41, 41 of energy absorbing body 4 are respectively jointed with bolts through an arbitrary number of splice plate 5.
