A means 11 for limiting the probe light 9 incident on the photo-detecting means 13 is formed in the core layer 2, and the photo-detecting means 13 is provided to bring a detecting portion into contact with the core layer 2 to detect the variation of intensity of the probe light 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
