PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound being a photocurable compound capable of curing by treating with a practical light intensity and light exposure dose without using a photopolymerization initiator and giving a cured coating film having a high coating film hardness. ;SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I [(m) and (n) are each 1-5 and m+n≤6; X and Y are each a (substituted)alkylene or an alkylenecarbonyloxy; p1, p2, q1 and q2 are each 0-5; R1 and R2 are each a (substituted)alkylene or an aryl; R'1 and R'2 are each H, a (substituted)alkyl or an aryl], for example, a compound of formula II.
