PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosetting powder coating material composition having a storage stability, an appearance property, physical properties and chemical properties and to obtain a resin composition for the thermosetting powder coating material using the same, especially the thermosetting powder coating material composition suitably applied to a chassis of a vehicle such as an automobile and coating, especially a final coating of a part material of a vehicle such as an automobile. ;SOLUTION: A resin composition component (A) of the thermosetting powder coating material composition is a (block) copolymer obtained by graft reaction of a vinyl-based polymer G (branch) [component (a-1)] with a vinyl-based polymer S (trunk) [component (a-2)] and, when solubility parameters of the component (a-1) and the component (a-2) are respectively defined as SPG and SPS, the SPG and the SPS are expressed by the formula: SPGSPS.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
