PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension control device capable of producing a high quality twisted wire from the starting time of its wire-twisting work by applying a correct tension to a bus wire according to the thickness of the bus wire and the number of rotations of a twisting machine. ;SOLUTION: This tension control machine is provided by setting a tension value as a base from the thickness of a bus wire and the number of rotations of the twisting machine, calculating a suitable tension value from the detected value of number of rotation of the twisting machine, transmitting a torque- controlling signal based on the calculated tension value to a powder clutch installed at the rotating part of a tension device 22 attached to a delivering part of a wire-delivering machine 20, and thereby adjusting the tension value applied at the bus wire m delivered from the tension device 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
