PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, wherein a tubular film is continuously slipped onto a horseshoe-shaped curved toilet seat so as to be replaced and the toilet seat has a stable and durable construction, so that the tubular films can be smoothly replaced and wound into a roll-like form, whereby an additional treatment can be performed easily.;SOLUTION: A top plate 4 of a toilet seat base 3 having a T-shaped cross section is received in engaging parts 2, under both sides of a horseshoe-shaped toilet seat 1 to loosely engage the seat 1 with the toilet seat base 3, whereby both ends of the base 3 are pivotally supported so as to be turned together with the seat 1. A tubular film 15 is slipped onto an insertion part 7 of one of the ends of the seat 1 to cover the seat 1, and then the film 15 is taken out from a takeout part 8 of the other end of the seat 1 and wound up into a roll-like form without cutting the film, and hence the film can be easily pulled out, and lubricants are applied to the surfaces of the seat 1 and the base 3 in contact with the inner and outer sides of the film 15 so that the film can be easily extracted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
