PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or avert the electrification state that may be attained by an over-coating layer by using a copolymer of monomer having an acid group and a monomer having an alcoholic hydroxyl group and a specific monomer, melamine and a solvent as the essential components. ;SOLUTION: A copolymer of one or two kinds of the monomers, having the acid group and the monomer having the alcoholic hydroxyl group and the monomer expressed by the formula, the melamine and the solvent and used as the essential components. In the formula, R₁ denotes H or CH₃; R₂ denotes C_nH_2m+1 ((n), (m) are integers from ≥1) or C_nH_2xOH ((x) is an integer from 1 to 2), etc. The monomer having the acid group includes acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, caprolactone adduct of vinyl benzoic acid or (meth)acrylic acid, hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate added with acid anhydride, such as phthalic anhydride, etc., among which the methacrylic acid is more preferable in particular, of heat resistance, adhesion property and transparency.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
