PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the simplification and the miniaturization of structure and the reduction of cost of a camera which is free from camera shake and where noise and vibration are restrained despite its large size. ;SOLUTION: A quick return mirror is disused. Instead of it, the lens side of a shutter 1 is worked to be a mirror surface and the shutter 1 is placed at 45° (it is not always placed at 45°). Ordinarily, the shutter 1 functions as a mirror, and when it is released, it is actuated as a shutter, whereby light reaches a film surface 3. As for the kind of the shutter, a shutter which can be worked to be the mirror surface, such as a focal-plane shutter, a lens shutter, a behind shutter and a rotary shutter, can be used. Then, back light is prevented from entering from an eyepiece part by arranging an element in accordance with the principle of a magic mirror (glass surface which does not cause back light) between a prism and an eyepiece or arranging a curtain interlocked with the shutter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
