PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform stretching and contracting exercises of the muscle of a leg part (lower limb) which is difficult to do by oneself.;SOLUTION: A carriage 1 with a wheel adaptable according to the shape of a curve is elevated along the curve by adding force to one's leg by oneself on a curved rail 2. A tendo Achillis 6 and the muscle 5 of a calf can be stretched as the carriage 1 is elevated. On the other hand, the carriage with the wheel adaptable according to the shape of the curve is lowered along the curve by adding force to his/her leg by him/herself on the curved rail.
