PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour of manual work by repeating a step for writing a new event etc., in a second event format file (output MEF file), and the like, until a second flag is found in a row in a first event format file (input MEF file). ;SOLUTION: The inputted MEF file of an operating object is loaded in an operating area by inputting to a CAD display and an outputting MEF file is prepared in the operation area (ST1). A first row in an inputted file is read out and an inputted row is written into the outputting MEF file (ST2, ST3). When there is a first flag in this row, the next row in the inputted MEF file is read out to detect the presence/absence of the second flag (ST5, ST6). When it is not included, processings of separating an event time and a signal event, transforming the event time to an integral value and multiplying a prescribed scaling factor to this to convert into the string of ASC II...
