PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output the production capacity and cost from designing to manufacture in a short time by shortening the time and operation needed to examine the production capacity and cost at the design department and manufacturing factory without depending upon experience. SOLUTION: This device inputs component information, substrate information, production plan information, and production system information from a data input part 1. Then a production load rate examination result, a production capacity examination result, a cost examination result, and an area productivity examination result are outputted from a result output part 4 by a facility database, a line constitution database, and a cost database as component allocation know-how of the factory stored in a database part 2 and the production capacity examining algorithm, cost examining algorithm, and other various algorithm of an algorithm part 3.
