PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water conducting performance at the time of a low wave by forming an inclined surface outside the port, and forming a wave killing conducting path communicating the inclined surface with the inside of the port with a downward gradient from the outside of the port to the inside of the port. SOLUTION: In an area inside 14 the port of a bank body 10 made of concrete, an upper part above a vertical surface 13, an inclined surface 16 gradually raised from the port outside 12 toward the port inside 14 is formed. In the interior of the bank body 10, a ductile cast iron tube 21 is buried and a wave killing conducting path 20 is formed from the inclined surface 16 to the vertical surface 15 of the inside port 14. Waves from outside the port 12 collide with the inclined surface 16 to be broken and killed, and horizontal kinetic energy is obtained by such killing so that the waves creep up along the inclined surface 16 to be killed. A water pressure difference from the port inside 14 is produced so that the waves are introduced into the wave killing conducting path 20 to be killed. The waves are converted to a water stream directing toward the port inside 14 by the wave killing conducting path 20 to be conducted into the port inside 14. Thus, water conducting performance at the time of low waves can be improved.
