PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor integrated type pulsating tube refrigerating machine of an oilless system wherein no friction occurs between the outside diameter of a piston and the bore of a cylinder part even when no lubricating oil is used separately and linear reciprocating motion can be conducted stably. ;SOLUTION: This compressor integrated type pulsating tube refrigerating machine of an oilless system comprises a driving part 100 which is equipped with a closed case 110 having a cylinder part 110a in the upper central part and being filled with working gas inside a linear motor 120 generating a driving force a driving shaft 130 conducting linear reciprocating motion, a piston 140 being connected to the driving shaft 130 and also inserted into the cylinder part 110a and pumping the working gas while conducting the linear reciprocating motion together with the driving shaft 130 and a plurality of elastic support members 151 and 152 joined to the inside of the closed case 110, and a refrigerating part 200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
