SHATTLE CONVEYER AND EQUIPMENT FOR TENTATIVE BOLT KEEPING USING SHATTLE CONVEYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shattle conveyer suitable for the purpose to reciprocate a work between a work receiving stage and a work returning stage, and a working stage.;SOLUTION: A shattle conveyer 17 has a shattle main body 40 which can be reciprocated in the lateral direction. Shattle arms 61 and 62 which are movable up and down, and provided to the shattle main body 40, support both side edges of a pallet 15 at the first turning position on the outward trip in the direction from a work receiving stage T1 to a tentative bolt keeping stage T2. The work moves from the tentative bolt keeping stage T2 to a work paying-off stage T3 by a subconveyer 14. The shattle arms 61 and 62 reverse 180° on the outward trip from the work paying-off stage T3 to a work returning stage T4, and they support both side edges of the pallet 15. A tentative receiving board 80 to keep a housing 1, and a work guide mechanism 13 to center the housing 1, are provided to the tentative bolt keeping stage T2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
