PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gathering operation for questionnaire data at an exhibition hall and to effectively utilize a questionnaire. ;SOLUTION: When individual information on a person who wants to visit is registered on an on-line basis using the Internet 16, an ID card 23 given an ID code in a mechanically readable style is issued, the individual information is sequentially registered in a visitor data base 22 while made to correspond to the ID code, and ID card readers installed at respective booths in the exhibition hall read ID codes out of ID cards; and a questionnaire is displayed by a man-machine interface, answers to the questionnaire are received, and the individual information corresponding to the ID codes is extracted from the visitor data base, thereby registering the ID codes, questionnaire answer data, individual information, and the identification code of the exhibitor using the questionnaire in a questionnaire data base 25 so that they correspond to one another.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
