PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a substructure of a header to minimize category registration by a user. ;SOLUTION: A header designating means 2 designates a header in a table stored by a table storing means 1. A substructure reference header searching means 3 searches at least one header that resembles the header designated by the means 2 among headers of the table stored in the means 1. A substructure deciding means 4 acquires substructures of the headers searched by the means 3 from the table stored in the means 1 and decides the substructure of the header designated by the means by referring to them. Thus, it is possible to automatically produce a substructure of the header designated by the header designating means to minimize category registration by a user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
