PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrostatic charge on a panel without hardly deteriorating sensitivity by including transparent conductive polymer and/or conductive fine powder with a grain size smaller than a luminescence wavelength of stimulated phosphorescence phosphor in either layer of the panel. ;SOLUTION: A radiation image conversion panel 11 for double-sided convergence type radiation reading system using stimulated phosphorescence phosphor is constructed of a transparent support 1, an undercoating layer 2, a stimulated phosphorescence phosphor layer 3 with a stimulated phosphorescence wavelength of 410 nm, for example, and a protection film 4. For example, the transparent support 1 is a conductive sheet prepared by covering a polyacrylonitrile sheet with a polypyrrole thin film. The under coating layer 2 may be constructed as a conductive layer containing conductive fine power of barium sulfates or the like with a grain size of 0.01-0.4 μm smaller than a stimulated phosphorescence wavelength. In this way, surface potential is maintained low even when the radiation image conversion panel 11 is repeatedly conveyed inside a predetermined reading device, so that no image artifact is generated.
