PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an abnormal rise of a cyclone outlet gas temperature even in the case of changing fuel properties or the like of a material to be burned by correcting set values to meet an excess value of the outlet gas temperature if the gas temperature exceeds a specified value, and correcting a primary air flow rate and a secondary air flow rate. ;SOLUTION: A function generator 19 for generating a correction input signal C to meet an excess value (B-A) of a cyclone outlet gas temperature in the case of exceeding a specified value (A point) at the outlet gas temperature by inputting a detection signal for detecting the outlet gas temperature by a cyclone outlet gas temperature detector 3 is provided in a cyclone outlet gas temperature detector circuit. Since an output of the generator 19 becomes a C point at the specified value B point, an output of a function generator 20 becomes Y1, an output of a function generator 21 becomes Y2, and the Y1 and Y2 are respectively added to a primary air flow rate set value M1 and a secondary air flow rate set value M2 through address 22, 23.
