PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and an apparatus which can be installed easily and in which the movement of soil and stone can be surely detected. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of GPS terminal devices 11, which position their installation coordinates are installed, and a wire 12 is connected in series with the GPS terminal devices 11 so as to be electrified from a repeater 13 which is installed in a safe location. The GPS terminal device 11 detect the movement of the coordinates due to the movement of soil and stones, so as to be transmitted to a base station 16. In addition, when the wire 12 is cut due to the movement of the soil and stone, its cutting is detected by the repeater 13, and a cut point 15 is specified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
