Then, the weight of the powder in the cell 11 is measured by a load cell 18b, the powder supply mechanism 7c is stopped when a specific amount of (for example, approximately 80 cc) is introduced into the cell 11, a cell-carrying mechanism 15 is operated, and the cell 11 is carried from the sample powder supply part 7 to a cell placement stand 21 of the Blaine air-permeability apparatus 20, and is located at the lower portion of a plunger 23.
