PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover a heat shrinkage sheet without gap with good operability even on an object having a protrusion and recess part on a surface by providing an opening/closing part having a wider interval of at least one end side than an interval of an intermediate part at two lengthy members sandwiching the sheet. ;SOLUTION: A fastening metal fittings 1 for sandwiching a heat shrinkage sheet 10 is formed by bending a stainless wire, and has a protrusion and recess part 2 of the shape adapted to a profile of an object to be coated, and an opening/closing part 3 for clamping the part 2. The part 2 is formed with a small gap 4 between stainless wires disposed in parallel at positions for holding the wires folded in a parallel state. The part 3 is always held in the state that both the ends are opened in a V shape, and when closed, the part 2 is clamped. One of the part 3 is used as a long shaft 3A and the other is used as a short shaft 3B, and when the both are closed, a ring 5 is engaged to hold the both.
