PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing tree seedlings for afforestation from being bitten by wild animals that can prevent a tree seedling from being bitten by wild animals without inhibition of growth of the seedling in no need of the recovery or removal of the tool, facilitates their handling operation by its weight-lightening and can be naturally degraded by the expanded trunk of the grown seedling. ;SOLUTION: This bite prevention tool comprises its main body which can be tubularly curved around the surrounding of the seedling trunk including at least the ground level part and a plurality of clamps that can be inserted into the junction part. The main body of the tool is made of biodegradable fiber with a tear strength of ≥0.5 kg.f and the clamps are made of biodegradable plastic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
