PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly supply steam to the grain to be steamed while keeping high temperature and prevent the steaming failure by providing a first heating means for heating the water within a device body to generate steam, a second heating means for further heating the steam, and a lid body for blocking the vicinity of the upper end opening except a part. ;SOLUTION: The steam supplied to a first steam piping heats the first steam piping and blows out to water 7 contained in a steam tank body 4 through small ports 9 at the tip thereof to overheat and boil the water 7, generating steam, which is partially blown out to a gas phase part 10 within the steam tank body 4 as steam. The steam from the overheated and boiled water 7 and the steam generated by the steam from the small ports 9 of the first steam piping are further heated by the second steam piping 11 of the gas phase part 10 and dried. Namely, the steam is not supplied to a grain container 3 through an opening 5 as it is, but stayed by a lid body 16 and uniformly supplied to the grain container 3 through the opening 15 between the peripheral edge of the lid body 16 and the inner surface of the steam tank body 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
