SIMPLE FILTER AND AIR PURIFIER AND AIR HARMONIZER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple filter, simple in structure, thin in thickness and high in performance. ;SOLUTION: This simple filter 1 can remove foreign matter in air. The filter is provided with a perforated plate 2 having many small holes and a bag shaped small chamber formed of a highly efficient filter material on the down stream side surface of the perforated plate 2 and capturing the foreign matter made to flow into each small hole 4. In the bag-shaped small chamber, lints becoming a form like nonwoven fabric by interlocking each other by contraction phenomenon at the small hole 4 function as the filter material. The width of the small hole 4 is set to 3-10 mm and the depth of the bag-shaped small chamber is set to within 5 times of the width of the small hole 4. The simple filter 1 may be used as a prefilter for a suction port of an air purifier and an air harmonizer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
