PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install shear reinforcing members having the same function as that of a tie hoop at a junction between a reinforced concrete column and steel frame beams easily and economically.;SOLUTION: Stiffener steel sheets 4 are fitted at a portion surrounded by upper and lower flanges 6 and webs 7 and entering a reinforced concrete column from its surface by the same quantity as the overlap of the main reinforcements 3 of the column in steel frame beams 2, 2' connected to the column. Shear reinforcing members 5 formed with a reinforcing bar into an endless rectangular shape are folded outward and are arranged in multiple stages at positions surrounding the main reinforcements 3 of the reinforced concrete column, and the short side sections of the shear reinforcing members 5 are welded to the stiffener steel sheets 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
