PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost elastic and plastic cement molded plate material having high elastic and plastic deformability, causing deformation faithfully to the curved surface of an installation place, excellent in weather resistance and easy to handle. ;SOLUTION: A polymer emulsion and a cement-containing powdery mixture are mixed and molded as principal constituent materials to obtain the objective cement molded plate material having elasticity and plasticity. The polymer emulsion (A) has ≤-20°C glass transition temperature and contains a prescribed proportion of a solid component (A'). The weight proportion of the cement to the entire powdery mixture (B) is 1-100%. The materials A and B are mixed in such a way that the weight ratio (A'/B) of the solid component A' to the powdery mixture B ranges from 30% to 120%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
