PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting processor for calculating an utilization charge corresponding to utilization time at the time of utilizing a facility or the like. ;SOLUTION: This accounting processor is provided with a time table 30 for storing entrance time and exit time inputted from a keyboard (input means) 2, a charge table 40 having a time band area for storing the time of 1st to n-th time bands, a unit time area for storing unit time, and a unit charge area for storing a unit charge and a work area (utilization charge calculation means) 50 and constituted so as to compare utilization time elapsed from the entrance time with the time of respective time bands stored in the table 40, calculate a utilization charge by the unit time and a unit charge determined in each time band and calculate a utilization charge corresponding to the utilization time from utilization start time up to utilization end time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
