PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction at the time when a lean-to is to be attached to an outer wall to which an external facing material is previously attached in a factory at a construction site. ;SOLUTION: A cabin 4 is attached to a wall body 1 and an external facing material 7 is spacedly attached upward of the cabin 4 of the outer face of the wall body 1 upward from the cabin 4. Thus, even when the external facing material 7 is already attached to the wall body, a part between the cabin 4 of the outer face of the wall body 1 and the external facing material 7 is not cover on the external facing material 7 to be opened. On the part, the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 2b of the side of the wall body 1 and the roof water resistant sheet of the side of the cabin 4 are overlapped. In addition, a drip cap 13 or the like is arranged on the part to form a waterproof processing part 11. Thus, the already attached external facing material 7 does not obstruct the formation of the waterproof processing part 11. A cover material 30 is attached to the part between the cabin 4 of the outer face of the wall body 1 and the external facing material 7, and the waterproof processing part 11 is protected to enhance the design of external appearance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
