PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more precise evaluation obtainable in an evaluation experiment for evaluating the visibility of a display device by use of an actual vehicle.;SOLUTION: By use of a test vehicle driven by a subject and a preceding vehicle, an experiment is performed in the state where both the vehicles are traveling. A display control unit 34 performs a display on a display device 35 when it is judged that the subject watches the display device 35. The subject operates an operation switch 38d according to the display content. According to this operation, a signal is transmitted from a main control unit 31 to the control unit 42 of the forward vehicle 2 through communication devices 32, 41 to light a brake lamp 43. When the subject recognizes the lighting of the brake lamp, a brake 38d is operated, and the recognition by the subject is detected.
