PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an additive composition for fuel oils whose addition in a small quantity exhibits sufficient cleaning effects and causes no emulsification in case water is mixed therewith, even when used for a light oil or the like exposed to severe environment. ;SOLUTION: The objective composition comprises a compound obtained by reacting a polyamine with an alkylsuccinic acid derivative or an alkenylsuccinic acid derivative, a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 4-14 and containing a hydrophobic group comprising a 14-22C saturated or unsaturated linear hydrocarbyl group, an N-polyoxyalkylene polyamine compound having an average mol.wt. of 10,000-100,000 obtained by addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide containing 5-50 wt.%, based on the total alkylene oxide, of ethylene oxide to an active hydrogen of a polyamine compound having at least four primary and/or secondary amino groups and 4-100 nitrogen atoms in a molecule, and a polyether-modified organopolysiloxane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
