PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent respective off-the-shelf items from being forgotten to be purchased at the time of purchasing daily necessities. ;SOLUTION: In the case that the side of a telephone set 6 is called in a state where sold-out item display for the shelf items is performed on a purchasing article display part 10 every time the respective shelf items to be purchased are registered as sold-out items from an input operation part 8, by successively reproducing voice data corresponding to the shelf items registered as the sold-out item as voice in a voice reproduction part 5 while reading them from a storage part 3 under control by a control part 2 and then sending them out onto a telephone line, the names of the respective shelf items registered as the sold-out items are easily listened to at a remote location.
