PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cellulose acetate filaments having small denier fluctuation, a nozzle pack capable of smoothly manufacturing filaments having small denier fluctuation free from yarn cutting by dry spinning, and a manufacturing method utilizing this nozzle pack. ;SOLUTION: This nozzle pack 1 for dry spinning has a dope inlet part 4 at an upstream part, a dry spinneret plate 6 having spinning nozzles 5 at the end of a downstream part and a heat insulating material 9 covering the whole periphery excluding the inlet part 4 and the spinning nozzles 6 as a means to reduce the thermal history fluctuation. The heat insulating material 9 intercepts heat from the hot air of the surroundings of the nozzle pack 1, the heat history received by the dope in the nozzle pack 1 is almost same between the adjacent of the wall and the center part of the nozzle pack and the temperature and the viscosity of the dope inside are uniform. As a result, cellulose acetate filaments having single yarn denier fluctuation within ≤0.4 can be manufactured by using this nozzle pack 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
