BOBBIN FOR CRAMP TYPE CURRENT METER AND CORE SENSOR STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency and prevent a short circuit between the beginning part and ending part of a winding.;SOLUTION: Provided are a magnetic core 33, a bobbin 11 consisted of one side bobbin part and the other side bobbin part having a projection forming flange parts 12 and 13 at a base end part and a tip end part in coupling by covering the magnetic core 33, outer leads 37 and 38 individually connected to one end part 36a and the other end part 36b of a winding 36 applied to the bobbin 11. Among guide tongue pieces 21 and 22 placed freely bending on the projection, ventilation holes are provided to the tongue pieces 21 and 22 and one end part 36a and the other end part 36b are penetrated through the ventilation holes, respectively to lead out and connect to the outer lead part 37 and 38. The guide tongue pieces 21 and 22 are covered by insulation tape 39 together with the connection part of the outer leads 37 and 38 to form a core sensor 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
