PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with solar-cell roof, in which no blank section is generated and a quantity of energy generated corresponding to the area of the roof is obtained when a solar panel is allocated onto a roof surface. SOLUTION: Solar panels 32C are set in size corresponding to a building module as the unit of length as the reference of the size of each section of the building 1. Accordingly, when the solar panels 32C are allocated onto a roof surface 3A, the solar panels 32C are arrayed without openings from the ends of the roof surface 3A, no blank section is generated, and power generation capacity corresponding to the area of the roof can be obtained.
