PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a transmission efficiency of a call signal by effectively utilizing frequencies. ;SOLUTION: A telephone number or the like of a radio calling terminal 5 is entered to call the radio calling terminal 5 from a telephone terminal/ computer 1. This call information is given to a central station 3 via a communication network 2. A central station processing unit 6 in the central station 3 confirms whether or not the called radio calling terminal 5 is a regular subscriber. In the individual calling above, re-transmission control is conducted based on a reply signal from a radio calling terminal, a fixed number transmission buffer 12 is provided to the central station 3, and in the case of multiple address calling, no re-transmission control is conducted and a call signal is sent over pluralities of number of times.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
